One Standard Warranty You Can Rely On

All qualifying LED luminaires supplied through MPE Lighting Solutions are backed by a 7-year Limited Warranty from the manufacturer’s date stamp.

This warranty applies to products manufactured by Hangzhou LMenergy Solution Lighting Company, Ltd., including:

This warranty ensures products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies to a Qualified Purchaser, defined as:

  • The original end-user purchaser

  • A buyer who purchased directly from MPE Lighting Solutions or an authorized reseller

  • A user who maintains the product at its original installation location

Clear Coverage, Defined Expectations

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Coverage begins on the date of purchase

  • Applies across all eligible LMenergy Solution luminaires

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use

  • Backed by a consistent, legally defined standard

To maintain coverage:

  • Defects must be reported within 30 days of discovery

  • You may need to show invoices, records, or product use history for your claim.

Exclusive Remedy

If a product has a covered defect, MPE Lighting Solutions can:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent product

Important:

  • Labor and equipment costs for removal or reinstallation are not included

  • This remedy is the sole and exclusive solution under the warranty

That’s why our process is straightforward:

MPE Lighting Solutions also reserves the right to inspect products to verify warranty eligibility and determine the root cause.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover failures from unusual situations, including:

  • Improper installation or unauthorized modifications

  • Misuse, abuse, or abnormal operating conditions

  • Exposure to chemicals, corrosive environments, or extreme conditions

  • Problems from electrical issues like surges, spikes, or bad power quality (per IEEE 1159)

  • Damage from fire, floods, vandalism, or force majeure events

  • Use with incompatible third-party systems or components

Note: The warranty is void if the product is not used as intended.

Important Limitations

  • Warranty liability is limited to the purchase price of the product

  • We do not offer any other guarantees, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • No third-party guarantees are binding

Limitation of Liability:

Hangzhou LMenergy Solution Lighting Company, Ltd. or MPE Lighting Solutions will not pay for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Lost profits, revenue, or productivity

  • Downtime or project delays

  • Labor or equipment costs for removal or reinstallation

(Some state laws may limit these exclusions.)

To submit a warranty claim:

  • Complete the MPE Lighting Solutions Warranty Claim Form, or

  • Contact your authorized representative

  • Original invoice or proof of purchase

  • Maintenance or operating records
