Step-by-Step Installation Guide
Power Down & Disconnect: Remove the belly pan cover. Connect the LMK power whip directly to the incoming power source.
Mount Clips: Replace the belly pan cover. Use self-tapping screws to secure two LMK clips per 4’ fixture.
Lens Verification: Note: The included magnet clips are intended only for installations protected behind a lens or cover.
Snap-In Fixture: Plug in the power whip and snap LMK #1 firmly into the pre-mounted clips.
Linking (6" Jumper): Connect the 6” jumper cable to the end of LMK #1.
Daisy-Chain Assembly: Link the 6” jumper to LMK #2 and snap the second fixture into its clips.
Maximum Capacity: Continue end-to-end connections as needed.
Pro-Tip: A single power whip supports up to 4.5 units (26 - LMK418 on 120v / 69 - LMK418 on 277v).
Safety & Compliance Tip
Before closing the fixture, ensure all jumper cables are seated securely and not pinched by the belly pan. A secure 'snap' during installation ensures the vibration-resistant fit required for industrial environments.
