Step-By-Step LMX External Driver Retrofit Kit Installation Guide

Step 1: Remove lamps if required by local code or utility rebate program, the ballast. No need to remove the lamp holders.

Step 2:  Connect the SY driver into incoming power. The driver attaches to the fixture with magnets. 

Step 3: Plug the jumper from the SY driver into SL lamp #1. Use a provided 10” or 18” jumper to connect SL lamp #1 to SL lamp #2. The SL lamps attach to the fixture with magnets. 

Step 4: Position the SL lamps in the fixture.

Step 5: Replace the ballast cover.
